- Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard (secure Internet transaction)
- Cheque in Euros
- Bank transfer

If you register a third party, you have to create an account in his/her name, and enter the complete contact information of the participant.
If you remain stuck on one step during the registration process, it means that not all mandatory fields are filled in correctly. Please look for the error message which will tell you what to rectify, complete your entry and click on "Next step".
At the end of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your registration and your invoice.
We leave it to you to check your junk mail / advertising box.
You will be able to print this confirmation email to attach it to your cheque sent by post if necessary.

Conference registration includes: access to the 3 conference days (except for Staff/Exhibitor and Assistants), access to the 2-days Assistants' Programme for assistants only, and access to the exhibition.
Registration fee does not include the Conference Dinner, which can be booked during the online registration.
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner is scheduled on Friday 02 June 2023. The rate is 200 Euros per person (20% VAT included). You can booked one or several places for the Conference Dinner during the online registration.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation request must be sent to AOS by e-mail who will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request. Until 03 May 2023, the registration fee minus an adminitration charge of 50 Euros will be refunded. From 04 May 2023, no refund will be made. All refunds will be made after the Congress. No registration will be accepted without payment or official purchase order.
