When will the registration open?
Registration will open at the beginning of December and an early bird fee will be available until January 25, 2024.
Do you offer financial support to attend the event?
No, as a public and non-profit event, we cannot offer financial support to attendees. However, we are offering reduced-price tickets for students, academia, startups, and non-profits as well as for existing partners of EPFL.
Can I pay by invoice or wire transfer?
No, payment can only be made by credit card.
How do I get an invoice for the ticket I purchased?
You will receive a purchase confirmation and receipt via email directly after registration. If needed, you can edit all the details on the invoice through a link in the confirmation email.
How can I get an invitation letter for my visa?
Please send us an email at info@appliedmldays.org after registering for the event. We will send you a form to be filled-in in order to issue you a visa invitation letter. If your visa gets rejected, we will cancel your tickets and refund you in full on the credit card used for the purchase.
