When will the registration open?
Registration will open at the beginning of December and an early bird fee will be available until January 25, 2024.

Do you offer financial support to attend the event?
No, as a public and non-profit event, we cannot offer financial support to attendees. However, we are offering reduced-price tickets for students, academia, startups, and non-profits as well as for existing partners of EPFL.

Can I pay by invoice or wire transfer?
No, payment can only be made by credit card.

How do I get an invoice for the ticket I purchased?
You will receive a purchase confirmation and receipt via email directly after registration. If needed, you can edit all the details on the invoice through a link in the confirmation email.

How can I get an invitation letter for my visa?
Please send us an email at info@appliedmldays.org after registering for the event. We will send you a form to be filled-in in order to issue you a visa invitation letter. If your visa gets rejected, we will cancel your tickets and refund you in full on the credit card used for the purchase.

Where can I find more information about the program?
A draft program will be published on this website towards end of November.

How can I become an AMLD partner?
We are offering different packages for organizations wishing to partner with us. Partnering with AMLD EPFL will give your organization visibility and exposure to the global machine learning community, to showcase your organization’s expertise and thought leadership and engage with a pool of top-tier professionals for potential recruitment. How can I become an exhibitor?

The Exhibition is composed of three areas the “Tech Village”, the “Startup Hub” and the “Learning Hub”. The “Tech Village” will showcase applications and innovations from the industry. The “Startup Hub” will feature innovative new businesses that will shape the future of AI and machine learning. The “Education Hub” will host Learning organizations in the AI and machine learning field. Stand allocation will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis.
