The ESVM Academy Course is dedicated in priority to students and young doctors.

The official language is english. An adequate english level is necessary to follow the ESVM

Academy Course.

As number of places is limited, in order to participate, you have to complete the pre-registration form online. A confirmation will be send.

Registration fee with accomodation : 300.00 €

Registration fee without accomodation : 100.00 €

TRANSPORT

Transportation is not taken in charge by the organization.

Conditions d'annulation

Only cancellation send by email before April 30th, 2026 will be taken into account and will be eligible to refund, after deduction of 20% of file fees.

From May 15th, no refund will be made.

Seules les annulations reçues avant le 30/04/2026 par courriel seront prises en compte et permettront le remboursement des sommes versées, déduction faite de 20 % des frais de gestion.

À compter du 15/05/2026, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
